Either I'm on every day or I'm gone for years, there's yet to be an in between. Trying to be more consistent with things like this.
I'm becoming more and more convinced that our exceptionally glorious leader (Note the heavy sarcasm, please) is a complete and total nitwit. That's right. I said it. Today we were busting our butts to get stuff done at the motorpool. Like, hardcore. We had a late breakfast and no lunch. That's how hard we were working to get our stuff completely and 100% done. We arrived early in the morning and began to lay out equipment for a layout inspection we were going to have later in the day. For those of you who don't know and are at least mildly interested in knowing, I work in a fairly stressful line of work (Please excuse my redundancy; it comes with the job). I am a soldier in the U.S. Army. More specifically, I'm a medic. Now, I know a lot of you hear "soldier" and think BANG BANG SHOOT 'EM UP MOVE MOVE MOVE CONTINUE MISSION CHECK ROGER HOOAH. That's a little more on the deployment side of things, and that sort of stuff is dying down now that we're in the process of pulling out of Afghanistan (Not to say it doesn't still happen though). This story is causing me to have significant emotional events. It's also causing me to lose sleep. But you know what? I DON'T CARE. This story WILL get written. I WILL sell my soul to get it done.
